I have been thru the same things!Until 2 yrs ago when I went gluten free!It changed my life!I am no longer constipated,as long as I stay gluten free!Its not easy at first,but it is worth it.I also found my stomach shrank,but you need to stay on this gluten free for at least 1 month,no cheating,to see if it will work for you!You may need to really get cleaned out first with a major laxative.But its really amazing how good I feel without breads,pasta ect made out of wheat,rye or barly.Look into this it might help!
