I did hear back from my neurologist. They indicated that caffeine may cause an electrolyte imbalance and also dehydration. Suggested that perhaps I see a physical therapist or consider a magnesium supplement/both. I'll cut the caffeine for a week and see if that helps. Bob

I tried a magnesium supplement but it upset my stomach too much. Am now using a magnesium lotion on my legs to help with the pain and to have it absorbed into my body to avoid the stomach issues. I think it helps a bit but I have so much pain most of the time I really don’t know. But it’s also helping with my dry skin. 😊
