I think it is possible that the company has to say that to avoid liability even if the chance is, say, 1%. I don't know the actual risk but it is less than with Prolia or biphosphonates, I have been told, and I have also been told by docs that the risk, even for the latter, is low and that most dental issues happen for cancer patients on higher doses. I am only citing what docs have told me and cannot verify.
