Has anyone had any recovery from months of long Covid brain fog?

I was hospitalized November 2021 for one week. All of my symptoms-except the brain fog/lightheaded have gone away. I have been to physical therapy, seen a neurologist, ENT, my family doctor. I have tried suggestions made by others in this group and have had no relief. So frustrating! No none can tell me what is going on. So I just keep hoping this will eventually go away. I hope we all find relief soon!!!

Have you tried low dose naltrexone? It definitely worked for me and others I know.
