Had long gut covid for three seasons over a 6 week period.

Taking prebiotic via Activia yogurt AM and PM which has reduced it to occasional cramping. Had bloating, watery diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain and lost 10 lb. Nasty.

I recently found that Manuka honey is helpful for IBS symptoms, a spoon full 3 times a day.
