There are musicians ear plugs that are fitted to your ears. You have to go to an audiology clinic and they will take an impression of your ear canals just like dentists sometimes do with your teeth. This impression will be sent somewhere and the ear plugs will, be made for you. Custom ear plugs just for you. I have a pair and love them. I know that all the musicians in the Ottawa symphony orchestra are required to wear them.
