I’m interested too. I’m still struggling with vertigo 6 months after my long fusion. I’ve been in several times to PT, but it keeps coming back.

@klsteffes I saw your other post about working with your physical therapist on treatment for vertigo with some head turning. For me, vertigo happened because muscle spasms were interdependently turning my cervical vertebrae. I work with a PT who does myofascial release to release the extra tension from one side of my neck that is causing this to happen. I also make sure to use good posture and when sleeping, I need enough support to keep my neck straight while on my side.
