Thanks for asking! As my urologist all along admitted he was biased against PAE (even though he referred me to radiology), and then, after my posts here, my primary doc expressed doubt and concern for possible aneurism and other risks involved with running a wire through my arteries from my wrist to my prostate, and finally I lost confidence in the radiologist for reason that he would not, at nearly the last minute, directly answer pressing questions I had after consultation with my primary physician, I cancelled the procedure a week before schedule date. So instead of such a procedure or something more invasive, I have decided to live with my symptoms for now and likely for the rest of my life, and I am fine with that.
