@sequoia I am so sorry! So frustrating. Atrophy was a new one for me. Basically it's when there is
thinning, drying and inflammation of the vagina from low estrogen. I have been given suggestions by different doctors for moisturizers such as Good Clean Love which looks so far to have pretty clean ingredients, organic virgin coconut oil as a topical, revaree which is a vaginal suppository, and then replens- which seems to have ingredients I need to investigate more. Then you have the whole lubricant side to think about.
Some work best as a moisturizer and some only as a short term lubricant. I wish there was more research to support women in this area so it wasn't such a trial and error process. The more I talk with friends about this the more I have found they are suffering in silence. Positive thoughts your way!

@leesal123 thank you for your response. I’ve been dealing w/ this for so long, pretty soon you just give up. But I have a loving relationship with my DH and this aspect of the relationship & togetherness is important. I have a tendency for UTIs so I’m so careful. Don’t need to add fuel to the fire (literally). I’ve used Replens in the past until I had UTI. 🥲. I’ve Hearn about Luveen but haven’t tried. Part of the problem is ladies don’t feel comfortable talking w/ other women about this unless it’s a close friend. I’ve got to get active about ‘Trying’ products again. Thank you for your suggestions & encouragement.
