There is a discussion in Women's Health that addresses vaginal dryness and atrophy. It's been an ongoing struggle for me for different reasons (menopause and pelvic radiation therapy). I cannot use vaginal estrogen cream (I was prescribed estradiol) anymore because of uterine cancer.
