@mouser

I am a neurology nurse. I am curious- did they do an MRI of your neck or just your shoulder?
What started this pain- was there an injury? How is your movement and strength in the affected arm? Do you have any vision problems or balance problems?

The MRI was just of my shoulder. The pain started from a fall down stairs. My movement is about 100 degrees from my arm hanging down trying to move it all the way up. Strength is not what it used too. I don't seem to have and valence or vision problems.

It sounds like it may be nerve related, perhaps something happened to your upper spine when you fell. I recommend seeing a neurologist, orthopedic surgeon, or a neurosurgeon. They need to check your spine. It sounds like a pinched nerve or something.

I agree with Mouser to have this further looked into I injured my neck and had problems with the nerves c6c7 related to this and experienced pain and loss of feeling down the arm. This can be assisted with the correct treatement. Please let us know how you get along Take care Piglit

Thank you. We are getting an appt with an orthopedic doctor.
