Quick question about collagen in your coffee- the scoops are quite large and when I try putting it in my coffee, it doesn’t dissolve and ends up a clump floating on top. How are you putting it in your coffee?

Morning....hope your day is starting out good for you. I'm sorry you are suffering with your medical conditions. Sometimes knowing we're not alone in our struggles is helpful..hope this works for you as well.
I've tried a few collagen powders..and found that CODEAGE unflavored 20oz. 63 servings to be the best I've tried.....it has 5 of the different types and it dissolves completely in my coffee...I've been taking this brand for many months now. My nails and hair and skin is better...and my 'trigger' finger no longer gets stuck! My osteoporosis has improved..a lot!! So, with the collagen and all the bone building supplements, I've managed to turn around my scores. I don't work out as much as I would like too..but now, at 78..I'm happy with what I can do. I usually get a lot of mid-back pain in the afternoons..I sit with hot packs..very helpful as well as the infrared belt I wear for it's session. I don't like taking any pain medications..but I do take a few tokes of indica marijuana in the day and maybe a toke in the middle of the night if I can't sleep. I also just tried a CBD tincture..which amazed me with how well it took my pain away..but it's costly..so I only use it when I'm in extreme pain. I found the Codeage from "Vitacost" to be more affordable (63 days of scoops in the container) than any of the others out there..as well as all 5 of the types of collagen...I use Vitacost for all of my supplements..good quality and prices. Hope this helps you. Go have a great day!!!

Stir it thoroughly
