I belong to the facebook page. It is good source and its where I self diagnosed myself. But so much of it becomes social media. Some days there are dozens of comments just looking for conversation and no one seems to listen to each other. It has been refreshing to me to gain knowledge from this site where everyone has an opinion that has been helpful. John also moderates it well.
