Hi Jake @jakedduck1, If you are looking to find a discussion, you can use the search box on the Connect home page just above the list of discussions. If you click on a specific group, you can search for a word or phrase in the title of a discussion to find discussions on a topic. You can also use the search box at the top of any Connect page to search all of Connect.

Here's an example that I used to find posts I made on PMR. You can see what I typed in the search box for all of Connect:
https://connect.mayoclinic.org/search/?search=%40johnbishop+%2BPMR

When I'm having trouble locating a specific post, I sometimes use Google search since it works well for phrases. Here's an example if you want to type it in a Google search to see what it finds and experiment with your own phrases -- or just copy/paste in Google search.
