When vegan, there are things you can eat to boost your body’s ability to naturally produce more collagen like foods high in nutrients like vitamin C, zinc, and copper to boost the production.
The foods that can help with this include:
Beans
Oranges
Red and green peppers
Tomatoes
Broccoli
Whole grains like rice, corn, and wheat
Nuts
The recommendation is you get five to nine servings of fruits and vegetables to meet your body’s needs
They are trying to engineer yeast and bacteria to make a vegan supplement, but none yet. Be wary of supplements that claim it.
By collegen boosters you mean injections?
