Intravenous (IV) Alpha Lipoic Acid
I'm not talking about oral supplements. Instead, has anyone had experience with IV infusions of ALA? Would love to know protocol and results. I start IV ALA in 2 weeks.

I have neuropathy through out my body since Sept my legs are weak I walk with a walker. I do physical therapy at home . Is there any hope that I can regain strength in my legs .
What dosage of AlLA are you taking ?
Acetyl L Carnitine 2x 500mg, morning and afternoon with
100mg RALA, sometimes 1x RALA before bedtime, depends on pain.
You can adjust RALA on pain, more or less.

Would love to know what your experience was with the IV alpha liopic acid. Did you see improvement? I also have idiopathic/long covid small fiber neuropathy and have an appointment with a functional medicine doctor who does IV ALA in two weeks. Thanks!
Let us know how is goes please
This is very interesting, IV alpha, I also have small cell fiber neuropathy, but it was biopsied first to prove I had small cell fiber. I’ve been on this for over eight years with other B12, and B6. Did the doctor suggested this for a pain and mobility? My endocrinologist put me on this after my third parathyroid was removed. Allergic to all painkillers, including anti-histamines. Thank you for sharing.
