What was your initial PSA number when diagnosed?

2013 I had a psa of 7.4 at age 53. RP, Gleason 9 cancer did start outside of prostate, but no spread to Nodes nor semi-vesicles. Recurrence of .02 in late 2021, underwent radiation and 6 mos Orgyvx early 2022. PSA undetectable after treatment (<.02). PSA retest due 1/23.

Hey @natem , just curious if you don't mind sharing, was there any discussion of going longer than 6 mos on the Orgovyx?

My numbers are very close to yours, but, my doctor hasn't specified a length of time on the ADT meds. I'm going to try to pin him down at the next appt. Just curious if there was any discussion on that decision process.
