Thank you so much. I will try that. ALA worked great if I could keep it down. I sure hope R-ALA doesn’t upset my stomach. I appreciate the information you provided.
I can’t drink cause all my meds but boy do I love sweets. ❤️

Hope you are not diabetic, because ALA should not be used with diabetes medication, without consulting doctor first!
Also I take ALA with Acetyl L Carnitine - morning and afternoon, at night only ALA.
