Hi @sliteral, My wife and I take collagen peptides mixed in with our morning coffee which I believe has helped my wife at least with her fingernails after doing a little reading on the benefits. Here's an article that provides some information on the benefits.

"Studies show that taking collagen peptides may be helpful in treating and preventing osteoporosis. Collagen also makes up as much as 10% of your muscle tissue, so collagen peptides may be helpful to people with sarcopenia (a loss of muscle mass), too."

John, which brand are you taking that works with the coffee? Thank you

John, can you tell me which brand of collagen you use? Does it have any flavor at all? Also, do you if it is helpful to people with sarcopenia? I am losing muscle like crazy and can use all the help I can get. Have read a bit about collagen and there are so many complaints that the powders don't stir well into liquids, it would be nice to get a recommendation of one that does!
