I was on lowFODMAP for over a year in the beginning when they had just lumped me into the IBS net. Did me no good and in fact I continued to get worse. Fast forward to now and we think its Methane SIBO-C. I used to have a variety of stool dysfunctions, but now it is down to the constipation. Just finished the Refaximin, and just starting on going the herbal route. I research like crazy, and found a couple studies that artichoke leaf and ginger improve motility so starting those. Also starting Allicin and Berberine and hoping like crazy it works.

Daily kiwi also helps with constipation

Pleas let me know how that works! I’m in the process of trying to find a naturopathic doctor to help treat SIBO. As the first antibiotic did nothing.
