Hello @hinsopa, Welcome to Connect. Hopefully @danye1 will provide an update on the Intravenous (IV) Alpha Lipoic Acid infusions and if they have helped or not. Are you considering the IV ALA infusions? Do you mind sharing a little more about your neuropathy diagnosis?
