Tymlos and continuous high heat rate even after stopping

I think Tymlos messed my heart forever, I started about 14 months ago, it always increased my heart rate( 130’s to 160’s) right after but it continue over the night and day, after 30 days we decided to stop,( and that was it) but my heart never went back to normal, I can’t exercise without being exhausted, even resting sometimes is high, I’m on a heart medication now ( after tymlos)and the cardiologist said it happens sometimes with people and there’s no reason! I’m 49, anyone else keep having high heart rate?
