Welcome @sklhdknks1966, I take 1200mg R-ALA capsules daily but have no side effects of aching legs unless I overdo exercising that day. I'm happy you've found something that helps.

It sounds like you also have neuropathy. Do you mind sharing a little more about your diagnosis and how long you've had neuropathy?

I've had neuropathy for as long as I can remember. I inherited it from my mother and she inherited it from her mother. I've heard it's pretty rare when you inherited and not get it from something else.
