Neil..I was on Zoladex (pill) prior to and for about a month after radiation. The shot option wasn’t even offered. I experienced, weakness, bouts of tiredness and just a general feeling of the blahs. All these side effects subsided over time ( about 6 months or so). It’s been 2 1/2 years since the treatment, and the effects are a distant memory. In my opinion, the effects of Zoladex, were well worth the benefit it provides in the treatment of prostrate cancer. Best of luck with your journey. Take care. Reach out to your providers if needed.
