It would be helpful for me to be able to look at the specifics of the treatments you mention, because all are new to me. I would lke to see the name of the supplement, the amount needed per day, described in such a way that I could try the treament with your guidance. It s also helpful to know the expected duration of the treatment. For example, how much B3, is there a preferred brand, should it be taken alone or with another supplement, with or without food, any special time of day, like a prescription. I would be most grateful if you would descrbe each treatment in such a way that I could try it effectively with the coaching of your post. I have been bedrdden for almost 2 years and have not really signfcantly improved debilitating fatigue. About 7 months ago, body stiffness, aches, and leg weakness progressed to the degree that I am totally dependent on crutches and really shaky. You can imagine how eager I am to experience enough improvement so I am able to live on my own again. Thank you for your suggestions and help.
