Early satiety - how 2 increase calories w/small fiber neuropathy?

Posted by jordan @sfn, Nov 6, 2022

With early satiety as a symptom of my small fiber neuropathy, I cannot consume the 2,400 calories each day to maintain a healthy weight. I already follow a dietitian's advice about choosing high calorie foods, eat frequent small meals, etc. I must limit my intake of sweets and unhealthy fats, too. I do drink 3 high calorie Ensure Plus bottles each day.

Does anyone have suggestions for how to increase my appetite and the amount of calories I consume?

Thanks

I have small fiber neuropathy but I have the opposite problem in keeping my weight down. It sounds like you are already following your doctor/dietician's advice and eating healthier.
