Well, I asked my PCP the same thing. Could I have a chronic sinus infection and not run a temp? So she ordered a CT of my sinuses which said my frontal sinuses were narrowed and almost occluded. So she sent me back to ENT, and he said "Well I am not impressed by that". He said he really felt it was coming from my gut. So he ordered a video swallow and told me to go back to GI. It took 2 1/2 mo to get back into GI and I am still waiting for them to call in the order for the tests Dr. wanted. so thats where I stand right now.
