I think this is quite different to my rash mikd835. It’s red and mottled and covers most of the breast. I occasionally the kind of rash you describe and a light application of cortisone cream takes care of it.
No breast rash should be ignored. There is a form of a very aggressive breast cancer, Inflammatory Breast Cancer, that manifests itself as a breast rash. Run, do not walk to your PCP or obgyn and have it eliminated as the problem. Days and weeks of delay can put you into stage 4 because it is aggressive. Years ago my PCP had a breast rash and by the time she showed it to a breast surgeon it was Stage 3. She had a Mammo 6 weeks earlier and it was clean.

Once Inflammatory Breast Cancer is eliminated as the problem then the other causes for your symptoms should be considered.
So sorry you are having this problem.
I agree that teleexams are unsatisfying. As for the rash, as someone who has constant heat rash under my breasts when it is warm, I suggest trying a medicated powder under your breast constantly and see if it clears up on its own. You should know in a few days if it will help.
