Hi there, folks, this is an interesting discussion and can be helpful. However, we must realize that not only are all of us different with unique responses to different forms of cannabis but also more research is being done daily so that we can learn more about things like "the Entourage Effect" (see below). That just gives you an idea of how the cannabis elements may work together for a better outcome. AND.....That is why legalization is important. It ensures that regulations are employed to assure the safety and consistency of cannabis products.

What you can recognize is that the "best" may still be waiting to be discovered. After 10 years I tend to know what generally works for me......and yet I still have had to make changes frequently. Sometimes my daytime dosage works better for me at night and vice versa. Stay informed, Read scientific research results on sites like "The CBD Project", or "Leafly".

Unless you have a cannabis pharmacist provided by your dispensary you are essentially on your own.....you are your own prescriber.

May you be free of suffering and the causes of suffering.
Chris

I've never tried marijuana for pain but I use hemp oil when I have trouble sleeping that I take a couple of drops of and it knocks me out every time.

Thank you Chris, we’ll done.
