All the national guidelines suggest that we do airway clearance for bronchiectasis regardless of sputum production. Just as we don’t necessarily see food caught between our tooth when we floss, we should clear our airways even if there is no obvious phlegm.

Great video! I really needed to watch it because I didn't understand airway clearance. I have not been producing much sputum for months; but will try the techniques taught in this video.
