I go back and forth on procedure versus status quo. I am 80 years of age. Tamsulosin works (morning and evening plus 2 ibuprofen at night).

Well that’s about where I am today. I read somewhere that the best thing to do is nothing if your condition allows it. I feel I’m ok for now on 1 tamsulosin daily. Thanks for your comment, I would be fine with 2 tamsulosin in 10 years.

How long have you been on tamsulosin?
