Does medical marijuana work for chronic pain?

For my pain it makes it much worse. But then that's common for headache's reaction to CBD and THC. But my friend swears it helps her neuropathy in her feet. Literature says it's like 50-50 for migraine.

I have neuropathy as my major source of chronic pain. Make sure not to take too much. I take like a quarter inch of an eye dropper. Tinctures are concentrated and only a small amount is needed to block pain in your CBD receptors.

I think dehydration from many things can cause headaches. A hot shower seems to clear help clear the head, old salves get removed so your skin can breath. I leave topicals on for over 24 hours often. I believe they last that long. Drink lots of water!
