@ldrlaw Our mind is busy taking in what our team is saying, and processing it. We miss the next few sentences, or more. While we formulate a response, the team keeps on going, and we have only heard some words. Then they ask if we have questions, but we were not fully present for all of their words. Sound familiar? I have been known to tape record the visit, with their permission beforehand.
