Lymph Node cancer left axillary. Stage 4

Posted by pdrago1955 @pdrago1955, Oct 15, 2022

I chose surgery instead of chemotherapy for my diagnosis bc i already had Neuropathy in my feet n legs. This was followed up with 5 weeks of radiation, which has now affected me 10 years later.
My left shoulder and upper arm are barely mobile bc of tge excruciating pain. I understand that the radiation blew out my shoulder so no longer is ut easily moved.
I am wondering what, if anything i can do or take to rectify this painful problem. HELP!

Managing cancer and kidney disease can be tricky. Fellow member and mentor, @gingerw knows about this all too well.

That is certainly understandable. You are dealing with a number of health issues and health care does get expensive.

You might consider contacting a hospital social worker to see what options might be available to you.

Will you post again and let me know how you are doing?
