Is this real life? I just need reassurance

Just had my biopsy done on this complex cyst yesterday. It’s rated a Bi-rads 4A, so I’m not overly concerned. I was able to see photos of the area and it doesn’t look like a normal black circle. It’s more oval, with what looks like walls and other junk just floating around. You could also see vasularity. they are labeling it a multiseptate complex cyst with associated vascularity. I got to watch the guided core biopsy and while the cyst seemed to collapse in the fluid area after the first pass through, he still took two tissue samples due to the complexity. It’s been hours, but I can definitely still feel a lump there. I shouldn’t still feel a lump if the cyst collapsed, right?

Did anyone else have a complex cyst biopsied and it turn out to be more than just a cyst?

@tadams1129, this may be nothing to be concerned about. It may just be swelling related to the excision of the tissue samples that you're feeling. However, I think it best to contact your doctor to let them know you feel a lump. Did you contact them today?

I was curious and looked BIRADS 4A up: "In terms of the positive predictive value for breast cancer, a category bi-rads 4A mammogram is quite low at 13%, and category bi-rads 4B also moderately low at about 36%. But, when we see a mammogram with a classification of bi-rads 4C, the positive predictive value of breast cancer jumps up to around 79%."
