After radiation 4 yrs ago PSA <.01 on Zolodex injections

Taken off and PSA went to 26. Had a 1-inch cancer radiated from L2 lumbar

Back on Zolodex for 1 1/2 Yrs. PSA 1.2 for 12 months

Just this week PSA 4.22
Is this a concern??

Lab says its ok

I would think your rise in PSA to 4.2 would merit a PSMA PET/CT Scan.
