Eileen, I would love to know how the gluten-free aspect of this experiment works for you -- specifically, is it worth giving up our beloved bread! Haha. But seriously, I have been wondering if taking this last step would make a significant difference. Keep in touch if possible and let me know -- although it may be difficult to figure out if the benefits are from giving up dairy vs gluten. Good luck! Susan

Hi Susan,
i use gluten free bread. i love it none of the substitutes i bought i cant taste a difference. its going good even my naturpath dr said to go gluten and dairy free best idea given all my GI, autoimmune and inflammation i have i really had to do this. i have a GF app for finding gluten free restaurants if we are out. there is actually one restaurant we just love. gluten free pop overs are the bomb! send me a private message if you want. we could exchange emails!
