Your post is actually how I found this forum! I was googling internal vibrations + long Covid. Yes, I have them, thankfully infrequently. When they do happen, it’s extremely unsettling. They seem to flare up when the essential tremor in my left hand acts up. Could that mean the internal vibration is CNS related? My other symptoms are mainly neurocognitive and balance related. Parosmia, too. Ten months post infection.

The CNS controls much of our neurological dysfunctions. Signals from the spine to the brain can become disrupted.
