Check on the grocery stores because most of them have nice bathrooms these days! 😉 All of my doctors also have bathrooms for patients. I worry more about taking vacations where I don't know what's available. I hate to be so revealing but I often wear Underwear and Poise over a Depends. If I have an accident I can take the Depends off and discard and still have the underwear and poise to slip back on without having to carry a lot of stuff in my purse. Depends Night Defense are likely going to be more expensive than Poise pads but it's worth it when you aren't sure where the next bathroom is. Good luck!

I will check on the grocery stores like you suggested. Usually, when we go shopping, I drink less water before we go so I don't have to use the bathroom. However, I'm careful not to become dehydrated. That's a good idea about the combination of Depends and Poise and underwear! I'll have to try that.
I can see how going on vacation could be a problem for available bathrooms. My husband and I don't travel any more so that's not an issue. I'm 76 and he's 81 plus he has lung cancer. So we stay home a lot and actually really enjoy it! We keep busy with little projects etc. My husband just put in two new back steps on the porch. It's a less stressful life style and I think better for our health.
