The number one diet change that helped me is going oil-free and low-fat. Dairy is high in animal fat and I had already cut out dairy due to the animal protein. I am following low-fat whole food plant-based with no: oil, sugar or salt. Check into the many sources that explain why no salt. The no sugar aspect means processed sugar, its okay to have the sugars in fruits, maple syrup, dates and what is naturally occurring in vegetables. I have not 100% changed over to all of the protocol but am mostly there. Good luck!

That’s very good advice . And adds to hat I see happing with me . Sugars are inflammatory also . The tyroid seems to react on me depending if it’s in the hypo or hyper. As I’ve read away on all my paper work . My bowels are not working without a pill that’s very exoensice . An have spikes in my bps. Any more info love to hear u responding actions . I don’t use gullen . Now on clear diet .
