Hello. Has anyone been successful tapering at home from four 1mg lorazepam daily to three 1mg tablets daily? Or anything similar? I feel like I am having withdrawal symptoms.

You have to taper slowly. You can’t just abruptly cut out one whole milligram. You should also switch over to Valium for a smoother taper. Google Ashton Method.
