Dave, are you getting treatment in New Zealand's top cancer center? Often challenging cases like yours are discussed at something called "tumor boards" where top cancer specialists gather to discuss together. Might this be something you could request?

My oncologist team has a tumor board meeting which is leading me to other treatment options. GI guy to try a biopsy of a specific presacral tumor which hopefully will result in a different immunotherapy treatment.
