Hi Barb,
wow sounds like you have been through alot. im really sorry i see rheumotologist right before thanksgiving about sjorgens and now i suspect fibromyalgia. boy that is painful. but i have hypothyroidism too. mine no prob for almost 20 yrs then after gallbladder came out thyroid went haywire. i am on a med for tarchacardia which happened after thyroid went crazy. last thyroid test in august was normal but if i dont take my med for tarch my heart goes crazy. all this is hard to deal with. but autoimmune gastritis i was shocked. i thought for a long time i had gastroparisis i was sure. but endoscope said hyperplasia with possibility of autimmune gastritis. this GI never did the antibody bloodwork to confirm. i just saw a naturpath last fri who ordered all the bloodwork i should have had. im getting those done this week so im anxious to see where my levels fall. as far as my sysptoms not really stomach pain it basicly started with severe constipation, i had a ctscan in ER when i was first sick that showed inflammation in my stomach. but they blew it off. my gallbladder had to come out at the same time so its hard to defer between the two but i couldnt really eat much still cant. in 15-16 months i have lost about 40 pounds. now eating gluten and dairy free. occasionally i had burning in my stomach thats it. just got full real fast. i can eat very little and it feels like i just had thanksgiving dinner. its weird i used to be a very hearty eater not anymore and i try to be careful i think about whats good for my inflammed stomach. but constipation is improved than what it was. of course only been gluten and dairy free for 2 weeks so its like a detox. hope that helps write to me anytime. Eileen
