Oxybutynin worked right away but it did not work as well. I only had a little more time between "urge" and "going," with Oxybutynin and I frequently couldn't hold it back. Myrbetriq allows more time to delay going, as there is no leakage, but it takes a while for it to take full effect. My costs for Myrbetriq through insurance is similar to yours, but at Costco the cost without insurance is $500 per month Oxybutynin is $12. Costco does not carry Gemtesa. Through my insurance company Myrbetriq and Gemtesa are similarly priced.

Thanks for the straight forward answers. There's truth to the old saying, "the devil is in the details." Sorry, couldn't resist. Take care and again, thanks. I'm starting the Myrbetriq tonight. Wish me luck.
