Duoneb 2x day, prednisone, (just about finished with it) Budesonide nebulized 2x day. About to finish up prednisone. I want to get my flu shot next week but am concerned being on Budesonide. I may stop using it by the end of this week.

Well, with budesonide, Duoneb & prednisone, you are on a triple dose of steroids. When I use two any of those together, I not only have trouble sleeping, I am jittery, jumpy, jangly just plain ugly to be around. Perhaps things will calm down after most of that steroids are out of your system? Also, 4 nebs per day are likely contributing to dry mouth.

Can you stick it out until you are off all but the DuoNeb for a week and see if things improve?
