Anyone have nausea with Trintellix?

I'm really hoping this conversation is still going. I took Trintellix in 2020 and got extremely sick within the first couple of weeks. Vomiting, nausea, stomach pain, stomach bloating, exhaustion, weight loss. They did a battery of tests because no one could explain why I was so sick. I only took this drug for THREE MONTHS and I was diagnosed with a non curable disease called Gastroperesis that feels like I have the flu every day. It's so severe that my life basically stopped in 2020. Has anyone had a slow motility or Gastroperesis diagnosis from this drug??

@sarahl2616 - I have been having stomach issues since 2020 as well. I was on Trintellix for 4 years before that without issue but sometime around May of 2020 I started having the exact same issues as you and went to a gazillion doctors looking for answers and finally had major surgery only to have that not cure the issue and then Doctors started asking if I've ever been diagnosed with gastroperesis. I'm still searching for answers but like you, I think it was the Trintellix.
