@hlp123 May I ask if your teeth breaking is a direct result from taking Reclast? In 2009 or 2010 I had my Reclast infusion. I swore I'd never take it again due to the joint and muscle pain which began the day I had the infusion and continued with other issues. After the year was up I began Prolia & have been on it until now—NO side effects. I dread tomorrow morning, I have to switch from Prolia to Reclast and praying I don't have terrible side effects from it this time. I can tell you this about teeth—while on Prolia I had dental work done throughout the years with no problems until an extraction 2 yrs ago. I wanted an implant but my oral surgeon refused. She said the implant won't hold over time and numerous patients came back with the implant in their hands. My only option was a bridge (upper left) which then required replacement of a bridge on the (lower left). I wish I could stay on Prolia but will keep you informed about Reclast.
