I noticed the pattern from the very beginning of the post-covid "crash", which for me started around a month ago. I find it hard to quantify improvement as the symptoms fluctuate from day to day. Sometimes I would go from walking 7-8000 steps one day to not being able to stand for 5 min the next, then back to walking in 2-3 days.

It also sounds like you're depleting your system by walking 8,000+ steps, then being fully exhausted the next day. I try to avoid this type of activity completely, to allow my body to really recover.

I wonder if you've tried taking B-3 (niacinamide) so that your body can make enough NAD again? This is very crucial for all systems and processes in the body. I still take B-3 but only 2-3x per week (down from 2x daily in the past). All the best!
