Sue thank you for the information…. I am doing all the exercises and stretches i think my issue is my knee exercises …bother my hip like the bike for instance ….but thanks again I believe less is better also I will definitely let dr know that is route I would like to take …..don’t need to lose any more bone …. Lose enough from arthritis…..
