Every activity counts. It's equally important to rest and know one's limits. Sometimes exercise involves going to the end of the driveway. Another day it might be a couple of blocks. Are you in treatment now or post chemo?

I am in treatment for esophageal cancer. Have undergone around 10 rounds of chemo using the Folfox regimen. Was walking around four miles a day before the diagnosis, and I am up to four miles per day now. Also starting to lift some weights.
